To explore the possibility of working with us, start by reaching out via our contact form. We'll respond with our investment guide which outlines our process and pricing, and a link to our calendar to set up a Discovery Call with us. These usually last about 20 mins and we’ll ask questions about your design needs and answer any of your questions. If it feels like a mutually good fit, we’ll schedule an on-site consultation in order to put together a proposal for our design services.

What’s the first step?

This can vary slightly depending on the service, but you can check out an overview of our standard process here. For more detailed information on pricing and our process you can reach out via our contact form and we will send you our Investment Guide which goes into much more detail.

What does your design process look like?

This can vary depending on the service and the client themselves. It largely depends on how quickly you are able to make decisions and communicate with our team. Once the design agreement is approved, we typically take about 4-6 weeks to prepare for your design presentation. This includes the entire scope of the design for your spaces, including space planning, material selections, furniture design and more. Once all decisions have been finalized, we’re then able to give a more accurate timeline of when to expect installation.

How long does the process take?

This means that our team will handle creating and implementing a turn-key design - from concept to completion. We’ll handle research and selection, collaborate with our clients on the final design, and then place the orders & coordinate all the details down to final installation. Typically, we’ll install a clients full home at once, but we can also work in phases (i.e. main floor, basement, master etc.) depending on the size of the project and clients’ preferred timeline.

What does “full service” design mean?

For our Full Service Design & E-Design services, we charge a flat design fee per room. This is determined by the size of each room and the scope of what we need to source for the space. For Renovation services, we charge a flat fee for the creation of the design plan, and additional hourly fee project management (communicating with the client, meeting with contractors, coordinating our installers etc.)

How do you charge?

Absolutely - the majority of our clients are busy families. Our first priority is curating a home that is tailored to your exact needs. We rigorously research and vet the vendors we work with and include in your design plans in order to ensure we are recommending quality, timeless products.
